Refund Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy“) applies to purchases of Heuriq subscriptions, research credits, and add-ons (“Purchases“) made through the Heuriq platform from VALUELINK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we“, “us“, or “our“). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. 14-day refund
You may request a full refund of any Purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
2. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting us at info@heuriq.ai; your subscription then remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. A full refund of your most recent subscription payment is available within 14 days of that payment, as set out above.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the Purchase:
- International customers. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle is the seller of record and issues refunds to your original payment method. Transactions appear as “Paddle” on your statement, and you may also contact Paddle buyer support regarding such a transaction.
- Customers in India. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which issues refunds to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within a few business days; the time for the amount to appear on your statement thereafter depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email info@heuriq.ai from the email address associated with your account, including your company name and the date and amount of the Purchase.
